In 2011, Natalie’s vision of Accounting & Bookkeeping Solutions was to offer small to mid-size businesses not only impeccable books and financials, but to serve their business in the vital role as Chief Financial Officer.   Prior to launching this vision, Natalie spent 17 years in the field, 13 of those years as the CFO in one of the largest over the road trucking companies on the east coast. Her commitment is to become an extension of every client she serves and work with them as an integrated team member; playing an active role in propelling them to reach their goals.

Stacey Haynie

Accounting Director

Stacey has been a part of our team since 2012. Prior to entering the accounting world, Stacey worked in the insurance industry for 12 years. Stacey has been a key force in the growth and success of this firm. Her passion for providing the highest level of customer service combined with attention to detail  has truly propelled our firm to the level of excellence we have achieved. Stacey is fully committed to giving our clients her full attention at all times and always goes the extra mile. While all of our staff members run and facilitate payroll, Stacey is our expert. She is also our new client on-boarding manager and directly supports our accounting managers.

Carole Knister

Accounting Manager

Carole joined our team in 2015. At the height of our growth, her energy and excitement were exactly what our firm needed at that time and she hasn’t lost an ounce of either! Prior to joining our team, Carole spent much of her career in a billing and office management position.  Carole also serves as our office manager.  Her ability to bring cohesiveness, motivation and fun is in-disposable. While she wears many hats, her customer service skills have given her the ability to put an emphasis on maintaining strong relationships with our clients, as well as playing a vital role in handling many of our clients day to day affairs and bookkeeping needs with great efficiency.   


Megan Huntzberry

Accounting Manager

While Megan is our newest team member, joining us full-time in 2018, she has certainly exceeded our expectations. She has a natural ability to analyze numbers and is highly efficient in all areas of bookkeeping, including billing, payables, payroll, and monthly reconciliations.  Megan also plays a key role in our financial closing procedures. Her role in monthly/quarterly/annual closings insures that our clients books are in impeccable order prior to producing financial statements.
